Sorry, i have updated in a while, just been doing stuff in LA. I really want to encourage all of you out there to start coming up with ideas on how you can get involved in your communities in the relief effort for all the victims of hurricane katrina. i'm not talking about money, Even if its just praying for them, please keep it on your hearts and minds. The next few years are going to be hard on alot of families out there, and we can all help somehow. I love you kids for caring. Lets hold each other accountable on this one. Thats just been on my mind for the last week. If your wondering what i've been up too, thats been about it. I'm trying to write songs, but everything has just been coming out sad, i've been watching too much CNN. i wanna write some music that will lift peoples spirits. i cant wait for tuesday, the new nada surf album comes out, and also that new paul wall album. i'm excited about that as far as new music goes. Oh yeah, i watched tv for the first time in like a year, i mean i watched like 4 hours of tv. it sucked. reality tv sucks. dating shows suck. room raiders suck. Who watches these shows, ALL OF US. HAHAHA, jokes on me i guess. but mtv2 was great, some special on the south and hip hop, awesome. and FUSE played great videos. so hey, not all bad. I saw the new nick cannon movie this weekend, i love nick cannon movies. I wanna go see that emily rose movie, if i could get someone to go with me. ok so thats about it for me, i'll check back in soon, thanks for reading my blog. see ya"

wow, so the response i got on your emails was amazing. i have been trying to answer as many as possible, without burning out, but they just keep stacking up. thousands! thats awesome you guys, keep them coming just be patient on a reply, and please stop writing and just asking is this joel? i posted the email, its the only adress i have, so dont trip. i tried to sign on AIM but i got so many msg's that i had to sign off my computer go jammed, i'm gonna have to figure out another way. i'll let you know when i do. i really appreciate all the emails tho. So right now i'm just at home working on the new DCMA line with my brother josh, this stuff is looking good. You will see it soon, just look for the DCMA knuckles and you'll know its us. I'm also spendng pretty much all my time writing for the next GC album. i cant wait to see what yall think. alright, i'll check back in later
